Move the Namer ammo count to the bottom of the screen

This is just a small suggestion to correct a minor design flaw with the Namer UI.
The ammo display and the chat messages are at the same position, making it impossible to determine ammo count when any (all/team/squad) chat is active.

I suppose the UI is realistic this way, but for gameplay reasons it would be better to move the ammo counter to a lower position.

I support this suggestion too as the person who guns for me a lot, iP0ke28, remarks about this issue often when we use the Namer.

I have yet to gun the namer but I was driving it yesterday and my gunner was complaining about it too, I asked how he was doing on ammo and if we needed resupply and couldn't get a proper answer outa him.

in support of this, had to wait for chat to die down to tell if I had to reload because i ddnt remember how much a mag had.

In defense of the devs, I'm sure someone tested it on an empty server, and I'm sure the last thing they were thinking was if chat would interfere ^_^
However, I'd love to see this fixed.
