Hello,

Let me start off by saying I have installed everything correctly in order,
When i double click to launch PR, My screen goes black for a good 3 seconds,
then all of a sudden it crashes to my desktop with no errors.

I have tried using ReForce, and it doesnt work. This isnt the first time, i can't even launch BF2.

------ This is the way I installed my BF2 and PR.

- Installed BF2.

1. I have download 1.41 patch, then download 1.5.
2. I Installed Battlefield 2 v1.41.
3. I Installed Battlefield 2 v1.5.
4. Install the latest PR Build Part1, part2 and part 3.

Warm Regards, :D

Well the RAM is for sure not enough for PR. Woah.
the Video card is it a card or a integrated Graphics on your Motherboard.

because your CPU is good, but RAM is horrible and teh Video card, the mem is good but i need the full card type or w.e

Run it in windowed mode, and I'm sure an error will pop up.

Google will help you figure out how to run it windowed.

It might not be his specs.... I recently have the same problem. I used to play PR and I found that when I unistalled the last version for the .95 full install my bf2 got uninstalled some how either by bug or my own mistake. i reinstalled bf2 and updated to 1.5. I then installed parts 1-3 for the PR version and when i launch PR it flashes black for a split second and sits at my desktop like nothing happened.

cpu: pent 4 3.2 Ghz (single core)
ram: 2.5 gb
gpu: 8400 gs 512 mb (driver current)
OS: XP sp 3 (edit: 32x)

the black screen and ctd is a refresh rate isseu with laptops/tfts mostly laptops, who run at 59hrz in stead of the 60 hrz , hooking up an external monitor should make it boot on that screen so you can edit refresh rates

Whenever you reinstall BF2 you must update it with 1.41 then 1.5 before installing PR 957 parts 1,2 and 3.
