It is a graphic bug that occurs when you dont clear your graphics cache after a while on some hardware, I cleared my cache and they looked normal again after.

No scoping still effective then? Who knew.
That round was full of rage, I quit after my squad got 5 incendiaries next to that Northern cache and it still didn't go down....
