Mic Muted Automatically

I was playing online today when suddenly my mic stopped working online. I checked the audio settings and everything in game for Voip was muted and everytime i change it back and leave the audio settings it changes back and mutes my VOIP.

Did you unplug your mic by accident?

nope it stayed plugged in the entire time

Ok, unplug it while not in game the nplug it back in, change settings.
