XP - Can't view PRT forums because it is "Deprecated" ??

This is what I get when I try to log into PRT forums. It started out of no where, and I did not update anything before it happened. I've found google sites telling me it's concerning JOOMLA versions and apparently mine is too new(I don't even know what JOOMLA is). The support threads direct me to a file I do not have, and tell me to adjust some values in it. So I have no idea how this started, what caused it, and more importantly I cannot fathom the solution at present.
It's aggravating to say the least, and anyone having experienced this problem please post possible solutions.
