So right now im not able to play PR/COH and other games without quite a lot of lag on most maps. (some exceptions)

My birthday is coming up and I will probably will receive quite some money as ''gift''
Plus I have money saved on my bank im looking for advice for an upgrade.
Now I don't have much of a clue about computers especially hardware im asking for help. ops:

This is my current ''outdated'' rig taken from xfire:
Manufacturer: Acer
Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.00GHz (2 CPUs)
Memory: 2048MB RAM
Hard Drive: 37 GB
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GS
Operating System: Windows XP Professional (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 3 (2600.xpsp_sp3_gdr.100427-1636)

My budget is about ?200.
And looking for a upgrade that makes me able to play most games MID/High.
Any suggestion?

Well.. my pc has died , so now I guess ill go for a new PC instead.
