Can you make public the server box info and how much bandwidth was used? or anything relevant to help us understand what as server host we might need.

To my understandig the server had an upload on 9Mb/s when there was 128 people on it.

Thats not toooo much.

My internet has a 0.2 mb/s upload speed to NY according to Speedtest... I don't think I could host a 128 player server.

But it will be costly in the long run.
