Thankyou!

not sure what you mean, from a gamer perspective or a mapping perspective?
ingame, need 2 peeps...sit there til the map set timer runs out and bam...CP caped

When the enemy hold the flag and they have 6 people on it, you need 12 to start the cap AFAIK.
It doesn't depend on assets, simply the number of players actually present.

If you completely lose the flag (from US to MEC, not US to White, for example), than you lose 30 tickets. Gaining it back removes 30 tickets from the enemy team's ticket pool.
Most flags have a [XXXM] Distance marker to indicate how large the capture radius is. Just sit in the radius and it will go down to neutral. Once it's neutral, you can capture it if you have superiority in the area.

I always thought it was double what the enemy has plus three?

Well yeah I guess I didn't ask with enough detail:
1st- Ratio of cap: How many people do you need versus the oppossing team's
and
2nd- Rate of cap: Does the number of people you have in a capzone make it quicker or slower?

to the 2nd, the more over powering numbers you have on a flag the faster it caps just like BF2

So, an APC or Tank doesn't add value to the capping progression, only the crewmen (the players)?
It is odd because everytime a heavy vehicle is around a flag (without troops) it is harder to cap, or is it just a feeling?

Correct, there could be 2 tanks meaning 4 guys, but only 3 inf, ergo the tanks couldn't take the flag.

Probably because it is firing on you and killing your men.

1st- Attack the enemy from a distance, let them hunt for your squad and let a major part of their team hunt for you.
2nd- Let your team advance to the objective. Try to kill all enemies around.
3th- When capped leave 1 squad behind with a FOB and defensive positions, the other guys should go to the next objective.

Vehicles do cap. Its ONLY the driver that caps, much like BF2 vanilla.
Any hard formulas from the devs?

that might be confusing.
in vanilla only one person in a vehicle is capping, the rest has to exit.
in pr the crew doesent has to exit, they can cap while they are inside of a vehicle. or iam wrong? i recognized no difference between 8 peeps sitting in a truck or waiting around it.

yes you can even if you're not the driver..
