I searched on and on, and this topic hasn't been raised since 0.7. I was wondering if it is possible to spawn vehicles on a local or co-op server using the console commands.
I have tried editing the python, but when I do, the game crashes before it even loads.
Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, enable debug.
\mods\pr\python\game, reality_config_local for LAN; _coop for Co-Op, open with Notepad, search for "PRDEBUG_ALL", enable it by changing value 0 to 1.
Start up a local game, type in console or text chat "rcon debug" to enable/disable, then "rcon spawner kitvehiclename" with the full vehicle or kit name ie. rcon spawner us_trk_logistics to spawn a
US logi truck or us_sniper to spawn the sniper kit.
Look up names in pr/objects/vehicles_server.zip, kits_server.zip
Tip: "rcon prbot" spawns the PR bot.
Make sure you spawn only stuff that's loaded onto the map, as unloaded content crashes the game ie. only spawn us_trk_logistics on a US map.

Thanks for the help Outlawz, but when I try to enable dbug, it says "you can only invoke login" or something like that. Do I have to put my name "acecombatzer0" in the python? When I do, the game crashes.

on a local AAS/ins you can use the chat (j,k,l) to type the rcon commands
Tried it too, but when I have debugged and typed in like rcon spawner us_ahe_kiowa and press enter i CTD... Would be really nice if it worked thou, flying some kiowa on archer (or karbala).

you can only spawn vehicles that feature in the currently running map layer without crashing the server, for local that is CTD
so you can't just spawn a kiowa on archer without editing the GPO

What is GPO and is it hard to edit it? (I have a separate folder of PRSP just so I still can edit it and be able to play online).

to do basic edits of it all you need is notepad, a quick google should find you a easy enough to follow guide

That doesn't matter, what you're looking for is 'debug enabled' line appearing in the server messages line.
It works just fine.
