When the squadleader put a marker somewhere it shows up a V shaped thing on the compass right...
But it doesnt do that for me, it doesnt matter how close or far the marker is... It does not show up on compass ever.

Is this a bug or what? Its freaking annoying, and it doesnt work just to restart the game.

It is not... When i try to start a new process called tr.exe it doesnt find anything....
What can i do to start it?

reinstall pr. it's the only thing which really works.

Didnt work.

Disable UAC, run PR as admin.

ALT tab while in game, navigate to your \Battlefield 2\mods\pr\ directory, double click TR.exe and it should work. Also do what vapoman said, although you only have to do one or the other of his suggestions... disabling UAC runs everything as admin.

Defrag PR with gamebooster and run as admin! Works for me as sometimes it's so fragmented that it says it can't find some files such as BF2audio.dll, but defraging with gamebooster fixes it.

Are you within 150 meters of the marker?

^ That and try tapping left Alt key if you can't see the 3D marker

Alt+tab your game and go to task manager. Then use task manager to start tr.exe.
