I've browsed through the forums and couldn't find a thread anywhere on what is confirmed for the next release. Is there one? If not, could one possibly be created? Like some mods have a change log for the next release that the devs keep adding the new weapons/gameplay changes/model updates/maps/etc. as they finish it and get it ready for the next release. For example, when you finish a BMP-2, you put in the log "-Added BMP-2 asset".

That aside, why is the British Tornado able to be solo'd but the German one isn't? Eg: Silent Eagle, can't fly Tornado alone - Battle for Quinling, able to fly Tornado alone.

There is no gurantee what will or what will not be added on the release. People model the weapons/vehicles, it is up to the Devs to include them in the game. Usually the Dev blogs and PR Highlights Thread discuss what MAY be added to the next release.

The British Tornado was created first, years ago. The German Tornado was made for 0.95, so it cannot be solo flied. Eventually the GB jets will not be able to be solo driven, just like the German jets.

They do realise one every time before an update... Just normally its a few weeks at most before hand.

I think they have a plan, But stuff will be added and removed, and if they say something now, When time comes they will get nagged like hell about "X missing the realise" And all that.
