[Help] BF2 Crash to desktop

I looked all over for about 1hour&30min and I still cant find an answer that works- My bf2 mod crashes to desktop whenever I load maps with the US faction. I ran it in a window and I got no error message. all maps that dont feature the US faction work fine. EXTRA INFO: it gets to objects then crashes (around 11%, i didnt look at the exact % though so I could be wrong)

1)added new textures
2)put all the vehicles from SF into it
3)bunch of weapons from PR and AIX (yes, its just a SP mod)
4)completely turned EU faction into Britain
Doesnt even work when I run it wothout the added ACU textures
and yes, medium txtrs didnt work either
Just got an error while playing as British: something about a line havong no value and the max being 64
