this might not relate to your problem, but it might help somebody who reads this.

if you can't talk in-game after you were able to earlier you can fix it by muteing/unmuteing yourself manually. by going to that screenshot and clicking your little speaker picture or by holding down the voip button untill the game mutes you (you can tell because a little red X will appear on your squad menu).
