Crash after 8-10 mins of gameplay

My notebook is an HP G60-531CA with a GMA 4500M 1700MB 128MB dedicated, Intel dual core T4300 2.1 GHZ, Windows 7 Ultimate x64

When playing on multiplayer, the game crashes within 8-10 mins of gameplay, but not the game, the whole notebook crashes, I have to turn it off and then turn it on because it won't respond. The game runs smoothly but then with no warning, it crashes. This doesn't happen on a local server, or on BF2 singleplayer, only on multiplayer.

Hope you can help me.

Try running the game with lower settings, because I've had CTD problem with my both computers (in both cases no error messages pop up, it just stops working) and at least for me lowering settings did work.

Edit: It also ran smoothly for me until crash occoured.

Check your temperatures - notebooks tend to get very (too) hot when playing games.
You might have to buy an additional notebook cooler.
Lowering settings will reduce the strain on the system and thus might help reduce the temperature as well.
Clean the fan from time to time.

Yes, the game is all in low settings, the wierd thing is that my desktop PC has windows 7 x64 too and it crashes after 8-10 min too.
My notebook already has a very expensive notebook cooler.
Thanks for the replies

Please be more precise what you mean by "crash" (PC freezes, reboots, shutsdown or BSODs)

Check the Windows "Event Viewer" for any critical errors.

If the PC reboots turn off auto-reboot on blue screen.

Make sure drivers are up-to-date, and try with disabling your security suite.

The PC Freezes, and it wont respond, the sound freezes, and I must disconnect the AC or shut it down by holding the ON button.

GMA 4500M 1700MB 128MB what is this?

a 4500m gfx is very weak, the 128 mb are shared, right?

so 1700mb is wayyy to les for pr and win7.

desktop settings? hardware? os?

Garack, did you even read the whole first text? Windows 7 Ultimate x64, 4GB RAM, Intel Dual Core T4300 2.1GHZ, Intel GMA 4500M, and is not ''way too less'', its enough to play it on native resolution and textures, terrain, effects and texture filtering on high.
What do you mean with desktop settings?

This sounds like a hardware, driver or system corruption issue. Run diagnostic tools like memtest86 from linux live cd, or "Windows Memory Diagnostic".

Again: update drivers. what did you find in event viewer?

Try using a different network adapter (if you have 2 ethernet ports use the other one, if you are using WLAN use cable [and vise versa]).

Since when do you have this problem?

Ok, Problem solved.
Solution:
I disabled "Fan always on" through the BIOS, uninstalled LogMeInHamachi and Defragmented disk. Now is running perfectly.
Thank you.
