It is needed only few more maps with jets,
so we can practice for MP.
so we can practice for MP.
I am talking about singleplayer, not about training serves.Doc.Pock wrote:planes spawn instanteniously on merk AFAIK
Why does it even matter? It's a place to go and get all the practice you need since it's not treated as an actual deployment server. It's there to help you practice, which is what you wanted.simeon5541 wrote:I am talking about singleplayer, not about training serves.
OK I will say real reason because I think this would be good:RealKail wrote:Why does it even matter? It's a place to go and get all the practice you need since it's not treated as an actual deployment server. It's there to help you practice, which is what you wanted.
Finally someone share my view !!cheesus182 wrote:I do agree, there are way too few air maps on PR.
In SP as well as in MP.
Out of every 20 games I play I might get one game of a map with jets where I will probably not get to join/make the CAS squad which means I can?t fly.

15 years in future I think there will be no one to play PR in MP,
so it would be good to have more SP air maps.
Example is that I still play Red Alert 2.

Can I be the first to say that a jet is more worthless than an attack helo in PR? You have to wait for them to burn a hole in the sky to turn around for another attack run. They need a ridiculously long *** runway to land on. And they don't carry as much munitions as an attack helo. Plus, with attack helos you can guide your own missles without the use of a ground troop with a GTLD. Everyone needs to stop watching Top Gun and start watching Airwolf.
That's because Battlefield engines really limit the effectiveness of jets. The fact you have to get to 1000 feet in order to use ordinance is really bad. Normally you'd have all these sensors at 25,000 feet in order to bomb them, you wouldn't even need the assistance of anything. And the fishbowl size maps prevent you from really using it's speed. Jets are practically useless, and they should probably be removed to be honest. The support they actually give seems to be little to none as they get shot down easily with the huge limitations.darkside12 wrote:In 15 years, PR will have it's own stand alone games, so I'm not worried about anything.
