I saw this mod and must ask... is it done by Blac Stand Studios as well?? And does it have the same idea as PR.

I wish. PR mixed with WWII would just make me fall in love over and over again.

i dont believe its made by them but some people in BSS may work on it....

Not exactly the same "idea" of PR. Altough FH semi-somewhat focuses on realism, it does not entirely focus on realism/teamwork like this mod does.

How I think of FH unfortunatly(and I LOVE FH2) is basically BF2 set in WWII(with 1 shot 1 kill rifles)

It's not made by BSS. And it's not the same idea as PR, the FH devs have a different look on several aspects.
