Learn foreign language with PR?

The fastest way to learn a language is to be forced to use it in a conversation.
If you play PR 1-2 hours per day, you could spend up to an hour a day in a conversation on a foreign language. That's a lot of hours, more than you get from joining the fastest language learning course that you would have to pay a lot for.
Wouldn't it be nice if we could come up with a simple program that would give people a chance to learn other languages, while playing the game?
This is what I had in mind, as the first step. We start by making a list of simple phrases that are used in game, and then translate them into many languages. Let's say, the guy from Russia wants to learn German. He's not welcome in the German squad, cos he don't understand a single word of German. But if he could understand few words so that he can move, or do most of the things, he could be of some use to the SL.
Simple phrases (this is just the example of what I'm talking about):
I understand.
I don't understand.
North, west, east, south.
To north, to north-west, to south-east.
I need healing.
I need ammo.
I need help.
Do you need healing, do you need ammo, do you need help?
Where is the enemy?
I see enemies.
Enemies in front. Enemy infantry in front of us.
One enemy on the left.
One enemy right.
Two enemies behind us.
Enemy tank incoming.
Helicopter is landing.
Enemy vehicle moving to the bridge.
Enemy squad moving to our left.
Few enemies entering the building.
Enemy close!
Move
Stop
Fall back
Defend here
Cover left/right
What I'm trying to stress out, is, it doesn't take effort to be able to communicate on a basic level, to be able to follow simple orders, give people ammo, spot for enemies... It's about 2 pages of scripted text that you need to remember, and that's all you need for the start.
Afterwards, you can build your vocabulary day by day, and come up with more advanced phrases, and finally communicate completely in a foreign language.
