I just found over in the Off Topic forum that [R-COM]SnipingCoward programed for mumble to work directionally with Minecraft.

It works great and is a great feature to add to that game, he seems like he knows what he is doing, since I remember reading countless people working on directional Mumble for Minecraft but never got it working. If [R-COM]SnipingCoward is not working on the new PR Mumble he should be.

I believe minecraft is some sort of tedium simulator? Where you mine tediousness? Or do you accumulate it underground in a big user-made tedious storage bay cavern?

Besides, we all know trolls are good miners.

In Mumble 1.2.3 you can set up Whisper/Shout, so I guess if PR Mumble is in the development (as confirmed by... fuzzhead?), we could see stuff like that in it soon.

I guess you can't call PR version "1.0" until devs manage to integrate mumble completely into the mod, probably by using TR.exe to pass info (what server, team, SL/SM).
