Mumble and YOU!

And so once again, I frequent into the General Discussion board with a question!
How have you lot got mumble set up on your machines, with regards to customisation and such?
I'm on about where you position your overlay, the fonts and colours used for overlay, your key mappings and all other miscellany like that, in order to get the best PR experience using mumble.
And also, is there a way of changing the Push To Talk audio clue? I like the feature, but the sound itself spoils the immersion a little for me. I'm much rather a bit of radio static similar to the Commander Radio button than a "bobolloop". (And i'd like to see YOU come up with a better textual interpretation of it!

)
Seeing as i'm pretty sure i've just managed to get mumble sorted out properly, i'm looking into how to make mumble work for me.

Well...Local Speech is V and SL Radio is right Alt. That's it really. : P
I think I changed some default settings according to a PR Mumble tutorial video. But the audio positional thingy sounds flat to me when in comparison to random gameplay videos.
So yeah, it would be nice to read from experts and their customized settings because I need to give mine a trial.

Audio input:
- push to talk (defualt on PR mumble)
Quality: 8
Audio per packet: 80 ms
Noise Suppression: -22dB
Amplification: 20.00
Audio Output:
Volume: 80%
Output Delay: 80 ms
Bloom: 150%
Loopback: None
User Interface/UI:
Hide in tray when minmized: Enabled
Always on top: Enabled
Expert Config: Enabled (allows you to change more settings)
keybinds/shrotcuts:
local speech: \

Volume down 10%: -

Toggle overlay allways you to expand and retract the overlay, useful for checking whos on mumble and whom isn't so you don't waste your time talking to someone who isn't there.
Messages:
Turned all the stupid things off they only annoy me and it's annoying when every 5 seconds you get told by a robot that someone has joined the channel or whatever.
Overlay:
- Enabled
- Show only talking
- Always show self
- Show user textures (no idea what this does)
Position:
- Grow left
- Grow down
- 75% on the horizontal line ----------------|------
- 100% on vertical
This put it on the top right but doesn't get in the way fo the mini map while driving etc.
Font:
- Comic Sans MS
Max hieght = 3.0%
Colour for players = white
talking players = creamy yellow
colour for alt talking/force centering/ SL radio broadcasting players = Red
Colour for channels = light navy blue
Colour for active channels = light navy blue
Hope that helps

i don't use the overlay
as for buttons, \ is local, H for SL radio.
as well as CTRL and - for (un)mute mic and CTRL and = for (un)deafen <--- i suggest this for all those damn people that complain after 1:30 because they want to talk to there squad but people on mumble are still talking, just deafen yourself and everyone wins!
also shift and = for volume up 10%, likewise shift and - for volume down 10%.

Does anyone know what the Bloom means in settigns-audio output? you can set it up to 100% or 175%. What is this?

i believe it effects how someone gets amplified when they are closer to you.
