Is this laptop going to be anything near enough?

It's been a long time since I did any serious PC gaming but I'm looking to try out PR. I don't mind playing with low graphics on but the laptop I have at the moment was intended for little more then work, internet and EvE Online. Is it worth my time trying to play PR on this machine?
