Hello,
I have my notebook for near a year now and i have recently experienced the problem of overheating. My next step will be to try to get it serviced for a reasonable price so the dust is removed from the inside and the paste on CPU is replaced.

I think that putting something under the rear corners of my notebook will let more air flow under it and that it will make it cooler.
What i am really asking is: Is it safe? Can i allign the HDD inside my notebook and be sure it won't be damaged by doing so?

How can be HDD damaged? Only from vibrations, or even from a bad position?

If I understand correctly, you want to put some 'feet' on the back of your notebook as you would on a keyboard to tilt it forward and raise it off the desk a bit? If so that is 100% ok and will help the netbooks cooling considerably. Hdds are generally hard to damage these days with ffs(free fall sensors) attached which can stop the arm if it detects it is falling or large acceleration. Another thing you might want to look at is cooling stations for laptops these work by adding another fan under your laptop to help it a long abit
