Does anyone have a training map pre-made with modified spawn timers so if someone in training dies they can instantly get a new vehicle and try again.

Especially important would be pilot training for jets and choppers.

just use Kashan COOP

vehicles spawns are very fast, only 3 minutes for a tank, and theres tonnes sitting around, so you don't have to wait.

COOP is the best training you can ask for in an offline/single player state, you have enemies that shoot at you, and enemies to shoot...

This doesn't really suit my needs because the targets are moving, and I'd like to start with stationary targets when training noobs.

You could ask the merk guys what theyve edited on their training server.

And here is my tutorial on rcon commands, the most useful one for you being the rcon ready playername command, which makes the player respawn instantly.
