Initialization failure; cannot find pnkbstr B in admin tools

I got kicked for failure with Punkbuster related to the B file. I started following the instructions for the sticky in this forum here. I used both the pbsvc, restart, and pbsetup. I got an initilization failure. So I started to do the second section of the help thread, but I cannot find a pnkbstr B.

I did the entire list for the first instructions that include downloading the two separate punkbuster software helpers. However, when I try to use Romeo One Three's advice, I have no Pnkbstr B. Only A?
