I'm trying it, and every time I take off it comes to a fail. What should I set what joystick to what?

Which joystick would be my pitch and acceleration etc...

To make it comfortable and playable

As a xbox 360 owner and a PR player. I just want to ask, why on earth are you using an xbox controller to fly? Flying in BC2 was bad enough on the joysticks and in PR you dont have the aids they do which makes it even harder.

Infact flying perfectly with 360 controllers should be impossible?

I tried the same thing, it's not really possible without buying foot pads to control throttle/thrust. I'm using an (ancient) MIDI complaint USB2 sustain pedal for electronic iano keyboards. It's a hoot , I've had the pedal since 2005 without much use for it. But the pedals must cost at least $80 new today.

Cheaper to buy the THRUSTMASTER Joystick T-Flight Hotas X FOR PC/PS3, it costs about US$30 if you shop around. Meritline.com has deals sometimes.
Saitek has another one for about $40 that is on sale for $30 at times.

Well I don't own an xbox nor controller, but I've played on one, so my suggestion would be:

Rear right trigger for throttle acceleration and Left for deceleration (if possible)
Right analog stick for turning
Left analog stick for Pitching left right up and down

Then the buttons are up to you, probably R1 (or equivelent in Xbox terms) for voip (or binded to the B keyboard button)
