I can't start either a kick vote (includes commander mutiny vote) or map vote in a vote-able server. I simply found nothing on the "kick" column, no checkboxes. Howcome?

Probably disabled by server or server admin.

What about map voting? Check "OUTPUT OF VOTING" in game settings.
