Help with X-Fi Sound

HI! I have an Auzentech X-Fi Bravura, but whenever i select x-fi as audio device it says its not compatible with my hardware...that makes me a little 
So is there a trick, maybe a driver adjustment or smthng??
If i select Hardware High profile, i can enable EAX....
Still would like to make use of X-fi, since the card supports it with its built in creative sound chip.
Anybody knows a way to do that???
