CPU performance low - PR fps low...

I had this a long time ago but I reminded to post it up here now
So my problem is that when I play on certain maps like Fallujah West I get 15 fps and my CPU isn't working even 50% of its power....
I set the power options to high performance but it's still the same..
I can play on all other maps on all high and I get that problem on Fallujah even on low graphics...
Here is my rig:
OS: Windows 7
CPU: Intel Pentium D 3.00 GHz
RAM Memory: 3GB DDR2
Video Card: Nvidia Geforce 9600T 512mb up to 1GB DDR3
Any help is appreciated.

It's the map not your PC. Fallujah can be a slideshow sometimes.

Even with the most expensive rig can get 15 fps

You'll find the more scary thing is when your fps are low that your graphics card is hardly working at 50% on maps like fallujah, yet when yolook straight up to the sky your fps will skyrocket but so will your gpu usage. So to render lots of objects our gpus are not working at full capacity thus we get low fps, and when the scene has very little to render the gpus ramp up to 100% and we great fps... It's supposed to be the other way around >_<

Ye, I was asking for a way to make it work with 100% or I'll sell the half of my CPU

Actually, according to random posts, it's when you have a higher amount of FPS that your GPU is used more.
Some of the scene gets rendered on the CPU, then it goes to the GPU for final processing apparently.
So
CPU->15fps->GPU->lower usage as less incoming frames
CPU->100pfs->GPU->Higher usage since more frames
I assume it renders the basic frame then sends it to the gpu for pixel-shader shadowing and Anti-Aliasing and such. (cause BF2 is surprisingly heavily CPU dependent, but you can get a major improvement with a better GPU... o.O it really doesn't seem to make much sense haha.)
At least, that's what i gathered from some research i did about why my GPU wasn't being used as much in BF2 a while back
It's really only a BF2 thing... ^^;; how they seemed to have programmed it.

I can safely say there isn't anything wrong with it using 50%, my latest rig barely goes over 20% cpu usage, but sticks at 30fps in some places or even 15... I'm not 100% to what's causing it really, because nothing has much load on it, it just seems to be how its programmed, maybe the delay between component communication I dunno, but something about those buildings

doesn't BF2 just not use more than one core? that might be the problem here

Im not sure about that, it seems to be loading 4 cores on my PC... all about 25% each. If i set bf2 to only use 1 core, it fully loads it

. So yes very CPU intensive.(running at 4.3Ghz). Time to OC more and see how much PR wants

This fps drop was the things I noticed first in PR. Afaik it is just that some maps (or PR code itself) is not that optimized. Hopefully devs will fix this in the future.

Task, and go to performance. You'll see the load on each core/thread. I see about 10-15% on 4 cores, the other 4 threads empty. But yes this game is VERY CPU intensive, even 4.5Ghz isn't enough ^^, and im not willing to risk frying my CPU to reach 5ghz..
