Ok i played PR on medium, it worked fine and all but when i zoom it lagged like hell out of a chicken, i then tried low graphics, then still the scope made me lagg, then i thought it was the render distance, BUT STILL!. How do i fix this :<



Plus my specs

Graphics card : NVIDIA GeForce FX5200
RAM : 1 GB
Processor : i has no idea, i think it is a pentium D, It says it on my PC (Lol).

buy a new PC

wow, that's the same GFX and ram as my dad's PC (it's dead now...)

Buy more RAM.

Buy a used PC off eBay, they are ridiculously cheap for the amount of kit people put in them as a custom build. Sometimes i've worked out it's cheaper than upgrading my existing one, because I could dismantle this and sell the bits for a profit. Ahh well..

Get my point? i live in Karachi ( Its damn expensive here ) You get a Pentium 4 For 20 THOUSAND Rupees!

Well you'd be looking at about 60,000 Rupees for a decent build anyway (and when I say decent I mean pretty bare-bones). Given the difference in GDP per capita I'm not sure what % of your disposable income that is but chances are you may well just have to make do with what you have (or start saving...). I hope you don't take this in a negative sense, I'm just being as frank as I can be The computer you're using now is on the very cusp of being usable for PR... to the point where I would scoff at you if not for your geographic disadvantages.

Did you do any Driver updates recently?

My PC cost me 44,000 Rupees and I can play without lag.

But, anyway, I guess you just need moar ram. I also get some lag on very large maps when zooming with binos, for example. If the screen is full of stuff like trees and buildings.

I think your primary issue is the RAM, though you have a generally old system.

If you arent lagging to much when just walking around then I think its RAM.

uhh....i already do? Or i can just buy a second hand for just 2000 Rupees or lesser!, I can even buy a good graphics card second hand for that price

EDIT: My family use the same computer, So my brother sometimes plays games, So we bought a new graphics card Its a GeForce 8500 GT ( 512 MB, 450 MHz ) What specs will PR run on ?
