Hey, I remember seeing some videos of people using a like an in game camera to record, It's like a orange ball a player controls it, I think it's only allowed in co-op. That's all I know really. Oh, and it's REALTIME not in battlerecorder or anything.

Can anyone tell me how to enable it?

Its the so called PR-bot, a flying "vehicle" you can use by typing in the console "rcon_prbot". It only works on Co-op or servers which you are a debug admin on.
