BattleRecorder player?

The replay function of BF2 to watch BattleRecorder files is pretty... basic. Most annoying is the lack of a rewind function. Is there a program that plays BR files more elaborately?

I am pretty sure it is not possible with standard battlerecorder.
However there is a program called battledirector which is used in this context.

when i play my battle recorder, its all bloody and hard to see through...am i doing something wrong?

This sounds like a bug to me. I think it should go away as soon as the "round starts".
A work around might be to try to disable the hud: in console type "renderer.drawHud 0"
