As title says, sometimes when watching infantry from distance when they are on hills, they seem to walk on air. They might actyally be walking behind the hill, so top of the hill becomes invisible when viewing from far away. If you zoom in, you can see the hill and inf normally again.

Very annoying when trying to shoot them from distance.

No screen, sry will add later.

thats not a bug, its normal. its an issue of the engine. turning up the terrain quality will minimize the problem

Just pull out your binos and see if there's a hill between you 2?

What I would be really concerned about, though, is the fact that you can SEE them, even if they are below the ridge line.

Yeah, its annoying when trying to shoot far away since your rounds just hit the hill. I`ll try turning terrain up, thx for the tip.

This issue can be solved by changing a couple of values in the map files. But don't go switching any values by yourself!

That is pretty much the biggest reason why snipers have a hard time hiding in Muttrah, a guy is a meter behind the mountain but still a entire squad spots him. More vegetation and bushes would help this problem.

snipers shouldn't be on those hills at all lol, they provide no cover.
