**EDIT** Ok I have re-installed part 1 and 2, I just updated a program and BAM I could install. It told me my part 3 file was corrupt and recommended that I should re download it so that is what I am doing currently. I shall report back if I do get any issues.

this is why I like using torrents to DL large files, you can force recheck and it'll download the necessary components for you you can still do that afaik

If you download the torrent file and place the download location in the same place as the 3rd part it should just download and fix the corrupt parts of your 3rd download for you.
Make sure your force-check it though.
The torrent downloader i recomend in utorrent.
