Cool but the terrain doesn't look very realistic thou, mainly with the dam holding back a lake from the sea (or that's at least what it looks like on the minimap). Also are thous aircraft carriers in the port?
What game was this originally made for?

How would you go about fixing the Dam?. Or should I remove the Dam so that the sea comes into the land?.
The map is actually from a racing game called 'Burnout paradise' which does have a naval yard. But I was thinking of having the aircraft carrier in the sea some where.

I would replace the dam with a bridge and then it would look somewhat realistic

I think it would be wise to move the airport area a bit. so that the map will have a better flow
or leave it where it is and make it the attacking forces main
Edit: actually I think leaving it there would be better, as they would have to get through the city and around the mountains, or the defending forces main, where you have to go around the bay area and through the city... don't mind the picture at all... man I feel this post was a waste

airport there could make an interesting main base, although the runway looks a bit short for PR's aircraft in its current format if jets wanted to be used on it that is.

could expand the size or make it a small airplanes/heliport airport?

which would make it an odd choice for a main base, except if it was some sort of beachhead/forward command point/supply point for assaulting troops

If you took the time to read the previous posts you would see that I said IT WAS a map from Burnout paradise. Therefor no.

Im not trying to hate im just telling you. Go ahead and remake this map it looks rather good.
just give credit to Burnout Paradise for the map terrain and it will be all better
Dont claim it as yours from your first post.
Also good luck with it.

No worries. I'm not trying to claim it is 'mine' any way. I thought I'm new to mapping, decided this was a nice little challenge for me. If I do get far with It I will defiantly give credit to the makers of Burnout Paradise.

maps from other games are recreated all the time. One of my first maps was making the AA Bridge map for CSS
As long as you don't use any of the old files without permission its fine, although is good to also give the other game credit etc for the basic design but there isn't anything wrong with what your doing from what I can see.
