Well... Using integrated graphics for gaming is not an option. Need to know other PC specs and than we can tell you more.

P.S. My guessing is that you are using H61 or H67 motherboard and don't want to spend money on graphics card. ;)

but HD3000 is faster than any other igfx(well, there is liano...) and I don't need to play any other game
you were close - it's QM67(notebook) and I don't have a choice, it's HD3000 only OR HD3000+nvs 4200m, which isn't much faster
and buying a gaming laptop would be a waste of money for me

I have done some stress testing of PR with the HD3000 IGP and I can tell you that even @ 800x600, all settings minimum (0xAA etc) that on the majority of the maps you won't be breaking more than 30fps, and on the "fps killer" maps, it struggles above 10-15fps. Basically, Korengal, big chunks of Ramiel, Fallujah, Fool's Road, Asad Khal, Beirut, Gaza, Karbala, Lashkar and Muttrah were unplayable, even just as a medic.

Lots of Archer, Kashan, Al Basrah were fine, but also had sub 20fps moments.

Haven't had an opportunity to FPS test any of the other maps.

In short, buy a super cheap laptop and save up & build yourself a gaming desktop because the HD3000 is not sufficient for PR.

I'd just like to report that Al Basrah is very playable at all low on the HD3000 :) Very seldom dropped below 25fps.

Lol. Did you read any reviews on those chips. Cpu. Great.. intergrated GPX.. Boo. Hello.. ITs Freaking INTEL!! Intel has blown at making GPU's period. Although they are getting better. ITs mostly for your little flash games and HD video decoding man. Man up.

hd3000 is not that bad, it's enough for older games
for someone who doesn't play newer games it's perfect
