Cannot install BF2 patches.

So, my installshield wizard tells me this:
Battlefield 2 Patch
An error (-5004 : 0x80070005) has occured while running the stup.
Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications. If the error still occurs, please contact your vendor: My Company Name.

Ive tried everything, googled and tried most of solutions i found (few) so please dont tell me to "GOOGLE OMG", solutions would be appreciated.
