I was playing Gaza the other day, and some enemy Hamas decided to drop their kits, and I think after a period of time, they turn into civilians, the map doesn't have restrainers, so I used the melee, which is a rifle butt. But it doesn't arrest them, it kills them and gives me a penalty. Please fix so there are either no civilians or give us a way to arrest them.

Yes this is currect, some players using it to make funny ambushes, like in asad kahal skirmish near first IDF capturing flag. You a shooting, wounded with sq, and then 5 civilians quickly runs out of the camp, big shooting and after deatch its plenty of time to make coffee. The only thing i think would work if you ride a shotgun

The HAMAS civi issue is recognized and hopefully will be removed or corrected. IIRC it came up due to the fact that the HAMAS are built off of the Insurgents, simply with changed weapons, kits and coding, but the civilian code was still left.

I know a couple of servers discipline for it since its not in the spirit of the game/developer intent.

As far as I remember it was an intended move and there are always shotungs

Hamas having unarmed combatants that are considered civilian collaborators is intended.

We should add the IDF melee as an arrest weapon. The shotgun should work though.
