I was looking through kits_server/pickup and found"pickup_ninja". How do you get it and....what the hell?That's frickin weird.

It was an easter egg in earlier version. It was featured on multiple maps (even on Muttrah iIrc). Anyway all of those have been removed together with the pick-upable .50 snipers in 0.8??? Don't remember anymore.

As you can see my thread on the discovery of said kit was raped beyond any reason by the devs when I saw it in game.

They said I was crazy.

Ummm this may get me silenced but the ninja kit still works. Just spawn it via RCON, it's incredible.

How do I spawn it via RCON? And what does the press kit do?

no diea what press kit is, and rcon spawning is done on local servers. afaik

It was added with fastropes in v1.337. srsly.

Well, on local servers, you say

rcon debug

rcon spawner pickup_ninja

actually it's pickup_pickup_ninja

it has a medic bag, zipline, rope, shurukin and smoke etc.
also has unlimited ammo of all objects

Edit: Lol, but I can spawn vehicles and stuff on local.

Create a default.cfg in Battlefield 2/Admin folder, with this in it: once you load in to your local server, type rcon login pass in the console. Then try rcon debug and rcon spawner. Also, the ninja kit is invisible so even if you manage to spawn it you have to keep spamming your kit pickup key to find it. It should spawn right infront of you though.

I don't know, that is how i managed to spawn it.
I was a bit disappointed though, it doesn't even have a proper ninja sword.

no it's a pickup kit therefore all factions can have it.

I think I've seen in on the 128 server once with some rdevs fooling around.

It was, soppa (I think) spawned it and someone raped my squad with it

One day, me and a couple of lads (brits!) were trying everything to RCON spawn the ninja and the chuck_norris kits, but we couldn't (server crashed when we tried RCON spawner pickup_pickup_chuck_norris).

But, is there governator kit?
With Uzi, minigun and phased plasma rifle in the 40 watt range.

One would think it's easy to spawn the kit. First time I was told a ninja kit existed I went into local and spawned with first rcon try. It seems you don't know how so I will keep it to myself and feel special.
