You mean a new texture or a whole new glove model?
If you mean a new texture, that's simple. just open up the .dds file with Photoshop (.dds plugin must be installed) and paint away.
If you mean a new model, that's more complex.

It's not like what Counter Strike once was, click and download. The game had alot of extras you could download in the end. Unfortnetly Pr don't have this. And it's not really needed.
