The 128 is a TEST server. Not an "event" server, It is up only on weekends anyways so most likely, if Soppa has it configured with .96, then it will be up...

the 128 server is a test server still, but if peeps wanted an event on it of some kind its easy enough to do

I say no tbh.... I would hope soppa would let players play the 64 vers of the MODs maps before making people play the 64 vers with twice the people.
However i'd love to have a go the week after ;D

Don't be so selfish, let those who want to play on 128 do it, the rest will stick on the 64 anyway.
Would be nice to see such an event but a few days after the actually release (so next week), this way we can make so publicity for it and spread the word to maximize the amount of people willing to participate.
And why only sticking 128 when you can have 200 like Karetz

Actually I find that playing with 64 players isn't that shit at all! 128 is good yes i really enjoy playing on it, however i do agree with brain in saying that they should advertise and maybe hold it on wednesday? or even next weekend and give it a different password, with set commanders and maybe even squad leaders?

from what i've seen, the patch makes such an improvement on normal maps that you wont care about 128 for a couple of months.

There's a 128 layer for Kashan and Burning Sands in 0.96 with added transport vehicles, so I don't see a reason why you wouldn't try those out!

That is your opinion and as I told you multiple times, omg who the hell cares?

AASv4 is only available on certain maps but Kashan for example is the empty and wast desert, so we definetly "need" 128 players for that.
Burning and Kashan 128 layer w00t w00t, must do event.

Why during the week, weekends you can always achieve peek player numbers for both a 128 and 64 servers. Oh yeah, your idea, you plan, have fun

there are already 128 p / 114 ish player servers running for testing 128p first is too demanding and crashes even the servers are laggy with the amount out now for the testing

That wasn't even good in my opinion, I hope Wicca would've atleast put 1 flag on it. It was just rambling across the map

^ understand those layers are primarily there for soppa to test the ability to include 128 player GPOs, they might not even work as they are- we'll see.
