Ammo % when requesting new kits

When in a hurry, a soldier may instantly regain ammo at a crate by requesting a new kit rather than waiting for the ammunition to slowly replenish. This could be addressed if, when requesting a new kit, it will arrive with only some percentage of ammo - that percentage being equal to the current player ammo situation.

For example, if I arrive at a create with only 30% ammo remaining, then any new kit I request should only come with 30% ammo.

That makes sense, but could lead to some trouble when in a situation like this one: you have a rifleman kit with 20% of ammunition. Next thing is you request an anti-tank kit and your RPG, for instance, is not fully loaded

Then that will not make any sense, since you did not even have a RPG before.

honestly I have never seen what the OP is talking about. Normally in my experince people just take an enemy kit.

I have never seen this either. It doesn't take that long, and in a pinch a couple of rifle magazines to keep the enemy at bay only takes a few seconds.

Anyway, new kits would (i hope, if the army has any sense!) contain full ammo so the current situation is more realistic than what the OP is proposing.

Resup is fast enough to negate this imo.

Best way to keep this down is with strict numbers of avaliable kits. (but not as strict as .8 ofc)

Would cause more confusion when normally requesting kits than it would help against abuse, imo. Not needed. It's not that much of a problem to request kits with full ammo. These few seconds... Don't matter.

Uhmmm i think that you should have to press reload botton each time you get a new clip of ammo
... SO You stand next to the box a ammo botton flashes u press R for reload animation shows you take a clip and put it in a pocket
you wait another 10 seconds the icon flashes again and you do it untill you have full ammo. clip by clip

Just drop lots of crates. The more around you the faster it goes. Back in 0.6 i used to park a humvee next to a rally point with the old air dropped crates nearby. I could shoot AT4 at a rate of something like 30-40 a minute :)

Yes im all for it

When u spawn with any kit u should not have full 8 mags i guess 1+1 reserve is enough for for anyone at the beginning, and after u spawn u can ressuply them at a crate, thats logical to me
