-Hi. I'd recommend the iGi(when it's populated), the Tactics & Teamwork, UKWarfare, and =DaM= servers for good teamwork. In addition, I suggest you get Mumble(DL link and installation instructions here, follow it to the letter) which is VOIP software with 3D positional audio that we use for inter-squad communication(SL to SL and SM to SM), there's a short video in the aforementioned link. It's not that widely used at the moment as the current version can be abused, but a PR specific version is in the works and should be available soon(I hope...). You can often find around 10-30 players on a single servers though, which greatly increases teamwork and gameplay.
