Tiny Traning Mode suggestion...

Post by General Dragosh »

The suggestion is as follows:

When making a training map dont make factions dunno US - MEC or similar,

i suggest to make the factions called BLUFOR and OPFOR specially designed for training maps

I know not the High Priority thing but just wanted to point it out :D

But... what player models would they have/kits? You could call them Blufor/Opfor, but they'd still use the US Army models and kits, or the MEC ones, or w/e for their map.

It doesn't sound like more than 20 minutes of work to simply rename them, of which 10 minutes would simply be booting up the computers and such, but I don't think it would achieve much, and there's not much of a reason to do it other than to generalize the factions playing.

I don't know if we really need this. How much time do you need to spend on training anyway? Training is just to familiarise yourself with some basic weapons and assets. If you want to train with a specific gun, go onto a server and play with it! Training can only help you so much.

I had a small suggestion that I would like to see on Keshan make it so both teams can fly all jets I like it how you can pratice bombind on the US but theirs no air targets and I really need pratice with A-to-A and since most servers only seem to run Keshan I think this would be a nice addition to the map.

Also maby make it so the domes of death are an instant kill or a very short time like 2 seconds or even 1 second I'm sick of trying to get in a vechial in mec main and getting killed by bombers. - Is this a sever side option or is it enforcable?
