I had just died today as and when I respawned I got the "bleeding to death" shader even though I had just spawned. Anyone else get this bug?

it happens, i think its preatty well known, i died in a truck by bleeding, then whene i got back into the truck i got the wonded thing

known issue, no known way to fix at this time, thanks for reporting will add to the bug compilation list.

Maybe it's the damn mosquitoes around in battles IRL, spreading malaria / African sleeping sickness / West Nile virus etc....
