Use A Microphone Headset!!!

Gamers headsets need noise reducing microphones, absolutely essential!

Most people play with headphones nowadays so they don't disturb anyone they live with or their neighbours! Decent headphones with a workable microphone are expensive, so workarounds are needed as everyone really needs to be using a microphone since the game has VOIP incorporated and clear VOIP at that!

Me, based in the UK, I use a set of £20 Sony 2 channel headphones and a £5 logitech mono computer headset that I can wear at the same time.

At this price there is no excuse not to spend your pocket/beer money on a set for use in game. It will improve the gaming and your enjoyment, speed of response to threats and feeling your squad members frustration and elation!

Let's see some more players out there using headsets and ensure the Reality community does everything better than Vanilla!!!

but always remember to keep chatter down so it doesnt dominate the other more important sounds (something i kinda have to work on myself =X )

I usually only use my headset when i can get BF2 to pump through my speakers and the headset to only work ts. However when I do PR toruments or the like i always use TS or VOIP.
