'[MPN wrote:Slouch2;1012150']TOWs for Australian ASLAV's aren't happening unfortunately. Would have been nice, in game and IRL.
The only reason we would have the TOWs on our ASLAVS in game is coz of "balenced play" :(

I would prefer them to be as realistic as possible but its not up to me.

HangMan: BF2 Editor, it has very strict limitations memory wise, and crashes all the time. Its like a girl. Treat it with respect and take it slow and you'll get places. Rush and get ahead of yourself and it will turn around and punch you in the mouth

Well it shouldn't be too much trouble taking them off.. Making the launchers separate and placing them in as child-objects would be a wiser way to go, much like how we managed to remove the launchers off the vanilla APCs.

id be very surprised if the game needed to balance the aslav with a tow launcher on it, especially when it has the bush master cannon lol

TOWs won't be a priority, in fact best to leave them out for now.

well in previous times i have been told that tows would have to go on for balancing reasons... But times may have changed..

Your right, times have probably changed, the LAV-25's and Stryker's ingame now don't have them, like the variants they represent don't.

Look forward to updates in the future mate :) .

Urrm D all of the above hehe...

There are many diffrent versions of the ASLAV the ASLAV PC (Well my one) is designed for Medical ambo or troop carrying.... Also can be used as static command posts and also GREAT for setting up comms...

Bar armour! Nice! Would that model have different resistances to damage from RPG's, or would it be purely an aesthetic thing?
