I know the Commander thing has been discussed to death. But i want people to start respecting the commander again, instead of "Oh damn, we have a commander" I need a "Yes, we have a commander" Attitude.

Its not you i think, cause you seem to be aware of it.
It’s probably much more the culture of opportunity conflicting with the culture of restriction, as where the SL culture = opportunity and the CO culture = restriction.
