Not unless squad-leaders, etc are requesting them; nor am I proposing NO delays whatsoever; and kill-hungry people whore kits and other assets all the time - it's up to the team to refuse to be a party to it; not to prevent commanders from having a realistic, practical, and useful too at their disposal because poor players might waste it. What next, remove tanks, H-AT, Sniper Kits, etc because people might waste them while kill-whoring?
