I would like to suggest a probably suggested around 11937...963 times idea of adding the spawn screen kits to the crate kit selection. At least the medic/engineer.
As it gets really awkward sometimes when you make a squad and guess what? Everone thinks they are bloody rambos and grab any fragwtfpwnzor kits they can get their smelly fingers on and booyah! You all get killed 1-by-1. And yes, I always say that someone should grab the medic, however, this not always works.

There isn't much the Devs can do about player behavior, sadly. Though if you find a good server, these things rarely occur.

But what difference would it make? They'd just request it and continue from there. Like said, find a good server with some good people, or join a clan.
