Speaking as a UAV Operator in the US Army, I believe that UAVs can be encrypted into PR easily. I would love seeing it done but the only problem would be people hogging them and abusing the powers of UAVs. Maybe by capping at only 1 UAV Operator per team after 30 minutes game time and atleast 13 players on both teams?
