Special Kits for "special people"......

Hmmm......gives me an idea. How about a "Powder-Puff Kit"? Re-spawning players (who have earned for themselves a warning) will find themselves team-less and unarmed except for a powder-puff to fight with. Give the powder-puff nothing more than a "thump" sound, coupled with the whine of a crying baby!

In this way, everyone who sees him/her will know they've received a warning, and the player will, without a doubt, be placed on notice that the next one will result in a suspension, all without having to communicate same with time-wasting keyboarding, pm'ing, and emailing? The re-spawned player may look something like this - and may take himself/herself out of action, as I doubt anyone will want to waste a bullet on such a funny character!

Its because of that reason really, yeah its fun to snipe from a distance, but unless your contributing information like APC heading where ever or lasering targets your useless to your team.

I love playing sniper but half or more of what you do is actually just intel gathering, people don't understand that, they think it's like vanilla i.e just running round shooting people but it isn't. I wish people would actually give some snipers a chance though lol especially good ones

Well that wouldn't be such a bad idea either, imagine being able to fly around with 1337-monkey-brain-smashing skills and having to go to bed at 5

Always the bashing on the sniper kit it is not the sniper kit thats broken, it is how inexperienced people use it.

I am not bashing the sniper kit.

I am bashing the d**kheads who take it into CQB and lose it thirty seconds after putting their boots on the ground. The morons who have just come over from vanilla BF2 and can't use it. The little kiddies who think it is the super weapon which will give them a massive kill count and don't give a **** about the rest of the team or the sniper's role.

That said... I won't request the kit... it's been nerfed a little too far.. like grenades and standing/prone.

True. That is something people tend to forget, Killer first, but remember to give information.
